Our attorneys have extensive experience in litigation before national courts and in arbitral proceedings, including mediation and alternative dispute resolution. We have handled cases under major arbitration rules, including those of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
We currently represent clients in arbitration proceedings involving amounts in dispute of up to USD 150 Million.
